The colour is straw yellow (5 EBC), the liquid is clear. The compact two finger head sinks slowly leaving no lacing.
The smell is clean and sweet. Some anonymous bitterness and notes of fresh French loaf. Hints of alcohol.
The taste is sweet. Clean as a nanotech lab. Some bread-like flavours. Weak hints of some kind of bitterness. Nuts? Light body. The aftertaste brings some alcohol and dry bitter hints. Alcohol in the finish.
The carbonation is medium strong, the bubbles small. The liquid is light with some smoothness.
Clean as most Central European pale lagers tend to be. And perhaps a bit boring.

Rereviewing as I now have lots more beer drinking experience ; )
Fairly smooth head and typical pilsner colour...aroma of musky malt and faint hops.
Taste is much better than the aroma. Apparently Zywiec is brewed from spring water, and it definitely has quite a pure, natural taste. I really like the malt flavour and the hops. I have had this draft before and it tastes kind if boring, but in a bottle it's actually pretty good. Much more of a balanced, smooth and complex overall flavour than other Polish pilsners I have had recently. The hops have both Czech and German elements, but definitely similar to many Czech pilsners a bit. Which kind of makes sense as it is brewed close to Czech Republic and Slovakina. And great value also

Poured cold from a 330ml bottle into a lager flute. Clear amber in color, with a couple of fingers of white head that settled within a few moments. Malty up front, with notes of bread, grain, grass, wet hay, and a hint of tart apple. Light to medium bodied, with prickly carbonation and good hop bitterness. Finish is dry and quite astringent, with a note of sourness lingering on the finish. Overall, I'd say this is a pretty good beer. It has a lot of character, and it goes great with food. I thought it was much better cold; YMMV.

Look...Usual pale yellow with a significant amount of foam and a white head of little bubbles
Smell..the usual insignificant light hop citrus of many lagers I find especially the big companies. A little white bread loaf.
Taste...I get a pilsner off the start. Something about that unique transition to the yeasty malt indigenous to the motherland Poland, A drying bitter invites more sips with enough sweet to balance. A typical lager for me but very good
Feel.. A perfect slickness that adds to the sum of the parts I think. A medium carb leading to a small lacing that is full and -still very drinkable.
Overall...l had to try this living in the Hard Hittin New Britsky. The polish contingent in this town is apparent and I see the boys come into my local always picking these up. Had this a long time ago but always remembered it well. Glad to rate this and very enjoyable and feel this one to be fresh, Trying to figure out the code is difficult but with the movement of this product at this store...Its fresh. This is a keeper

Great looking beer...great clarity vigorous lively bubbles form during the pour, golden in color, white head; not much retention or lacing...just a thin film remains.
Generic pale lager nose, comes off slightly sweet and doughy in nature; there is a little bit of herbal hops trying to pop through...not much else for this one.
Taste leans sweet and doughy, plain cereal; there is an added little tiny bit of toasted feel to the bread though, generic old world hops on the finish, nondescript but they're there.
Light leaning to medium body, smooth going down but sort of cloyingly slick, low to moderate bit of bitterness on the finish.

Poured from a 500ML bottle into a pint glass. The appearance is a clear golden color with a large white head. The aroma is light yeast and hops. decent session beer.

Zywiec Beer pours a bubbly, pale yellow color, with not much head. Aroma is grainy, a hint of "cheapness." Flavor is there, sweet, but not too sweet, grainy and bright cereal notes, not bad at all. Good body and feel. Its a not bad beer, nicer European pale lager.
