Bottle:

Poured a gold clear lager in the glass...good cap fair retention

Decent nose like prairie sweet grass and bread

Good dose of malt in the front, herbal balance from hops clean finish with biscuit after taste...

Rich mouth feel medium body on this lager...drinkable and satisfying...one of the best Polish lagers on par with Okocim.

Confussing Polish beer, Warka is also a brewery, but this beer, according to the tin is brewed at Zywiec.

Very pale euro fizz.

No real smell at all.

Dry and fairly sharp, went very well with an Indian takeaway this evening, but I will not be rushing out to get a crate of it.

Typical, european lager, no great excitment to be found here.

An excellent beer... If you are a real beer drinker and not some fruit loop light in the loafers drinking raspberry flavored malt liquor. Those who complain about not enough flavor most definitely derive pleasure by sampling the anal glands of skunks. Definitely in my top ten for excellently smooth drinking beers.

Bottle from Mix Markt-kaiserslautern. Musty flavor to this lager, looks great in glass with nice fluffy head. Aroma is light, and taste is of paper and paste.

Hockey beer bet winnings. "Thanks" to Kristy for this gem. 500ml bottle shared into shaker pints. Clear yellow body with white head. Aroma of metallic skunkyness, grainy malt, subtle herbal hops. Taste is brassy, skunky, slight malt sweetness, and a touch of hoppy bitterness in the finish. Light body, thin texture, average carbonation, astringent finish.
