Wang. Dang. Best smelling IPA ever. Dank, organic, wonderful. Mosaic hops, baby. Agree with other reviewer, like a better version of Fresh Squeezed.

A - Pours a light golden colour, with frothy two fingered head that reduces to a thin film

S - Strong pineapple aromas, actually thought I was about to drink pineapple juice that I stole from the kids. Citrus including some lemon.

T - Citrus all over, pineapple, passionfruit, bitter lemon, tangerine, burnt orange peel , slight bitter finish.

M - low carbonation and low to medium bodied

O - Terrific summer beer that has massive citrus flavours that you could dangerously drink all day.

Light gold with very little head. Slight haze.

Smells of pineapple and mango. Very citrus forward.

Taste follows the nose with big citrus notes of grapefruit, orange peel, and mango. Similar to fresh squeezed. Rounded out further in with some sugar wafer like sweetness.

Light body and medium carbonation. Touch of dryness. Just about right for this category. the difference between this and fresh squeezed is here. This is a bit lighter and drier.

Very good citrus forward IPA. One of the better IPAs I've had in a while. Deschutes improved fresh squeezed's mouthfeel with this one. Now just need to get them to produce in 12oz 6 packs every year.

Pours brilliant straw, with a faily persistent white foam cap. Light grains and hop nose - tropical fruit, some herbal and pine notes. This is a hop driven beer featuring tropical fruit flavors and herbal,. earthy notes. Medium body and carbonation.

From the bomber into a snifter.

Light, frothy head and abundant sticky lacing. Love the pillow-like pale white head that shows some excellent persistence. The body is a cloudy pale golden with some blonde hues. 4.25

Big ol' aromas on this. Pungent and sticky, citrus-heavy, and surprisingly sweet and vanilla-like. There's a light pine, lemon and grapefruit as well. Smells wonderful. 4.5

Tastes just as resinous and pungent but less citrusy. Instead there's a earthy and hopped up spice flavors. Mid-palate is a caramel-and vanilla-like smoothness and sweetness. 4.25

Alternately smooth and creamy and aggressive and spicy. It's a good mix of both worlds. The finish gives a bit of bitterness that combines with the spice and dry finish to linger pleasantly. The brew is medium-bodied and filling. 4.25

Excellent beer with an excellent choice in hops.

22oz bottle - damn, this makes me want to go skiing (ok, hot-tubbing in the mountains), and I barely ever do that in the first place!

This beer pours a clear, pale golden yellow colour, with three fingers of puffy, loosely foamy, and very bubbly bone-white head, which leaves some random Royal Tyrell museum-friendly lace around the glass as things genially subside.

It smells of subtly dank, musty pine needles, well-ripened stone pit orchard fruit, faint yeast, bruised banana esters, gritty, grainy pale malt, a whiff of ethereal caramel, and a minor flinty stoniness. The taste is rather fruity, with large and in charge mixed berry salad, apricot, peach, pineapple core, and even a bit of underripe cherry cordial, alongside a solid bready caramel maltiness, with mild toffee aspirations, and further understated pine and floral-tinged hops.

The bubbles are pretty peppy in their equally spread out fizzy and frothy emanations, the body an adequate medium weight, and generally smooth, nothing particularly overt in its ingress. It all finishes off-dry, in a pleasant amalgam of stable grainy malt, and fresh citrusy and flora-based hoppiness.

It's a bit difficult to discern actual 'freshness' - especially when the good public are clamouring for it - without direct comparison to the exact opposite (which means what?). At any rate, this is a tasty, enjoyable, and sure, 'fresh-seeming' hop-forward affair, the Mosaic varietal displayed in all its valour, and thankfully keeping its inherent dankitude on the down-low.

Appearance - Pours slightly hazy and bright golden yellow in color with a white, finger width head that displays retention before settling to a thin, broken layer of surface suds. Chunks of lacing cling to the side of the glass with good stick.

Smell - Aromatic aroma that hits on orange, pineapple, grapefruit, pine and a light herbal, minty leaf character.

Taste - Follows the nose. Orange, pineapple and pine standout upfront before a citrus rind bitterness creeps in. Herbal mint leaf comes through in the finish, leaving a bitter citrus and leafy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with moderate carbonation. Smooth and slick texture with a semi-dry finish.

Overall - Mmmm. Delicious. Reminiscent of their Fresh Squeezed but with that hop oil essence you only get with fresh hop brews.
