We’ve always believed the best way to respect tradition is to brew the unexpected. So when we set out to create a sessionable lager befitting of the Pacific Northwest, our sense of exploration led us to this dry-hopped wonder befitting of everyday adventure. Citrusy Tettnang Mandarina hops combine with the crisp, bright character of a traditional lager to deliver a beer that is truly refreshing, and undoubtedly worth sharing. 40 IBUs

purchased a six-pack at Safeway, just to try a different/new beer. Very good just like everything from Deschutes. Nice flavor, citrusy, but not too strong. Enjoyable light beer that is refreshing. Rated 10-25-2018

2 month old bottle poured into a pint glass. Weak head but good lacing. Average pour, not particularly impressive, and the carbonation seems weak. The color is a very nice pale yellow, classic clean lager. The nose is reminiscent of tart crisp hops on a nice bread (barley) base. The beer introduces itself with a crisp hoppy bitterness up front alongside a thin mouthfeel, finishing with a lasting bready malt that sits for a while. The flavor profile is notable dry across the board. Good lager.

This is easy drinking, and as Deschutes posits on the bottle, it's a "versatile lager" for sure. While I might pick other beers for a nice clear day, I do appreciate this as a straightforward (and tasty) craft lager in a world pervaded by complex beers.

Not big into lagers, but switching it up a bit for warmer weather. This one pours a perfectly clear gold color. Smell is citrus and malt. Feel is very smooth. Taste has some honey and hops with a big malt backbone. Nice camp fire drinker.

Poured from a bottle this has mild hops and floral notes with a bit of citrus. Almost like a lager and a pils mixed together. Pours an opaque golden color with moderate head. Good summer lager as it's light enough to not bog you down. Could use a bit more of a hoppy or citrus flavor.
