Upfront let me say that I like this beer better than the numbers show. I don't think it's a Pale Ale, it's more like an IPA Light. So compared to regular Pales, it doesn't show well.

Served in straight pint glass. Poured an attractive orange-amber color with just under an inch of light tan head with decent retention and lacing.

The aroma was hop forward, more than most pales, with the hint of malt in the nose way in the background. The taste was a bit more balanced, the malt was more forward, but still hop dominant.

The body was crisp and clean, with a nice hop bite at the back. Drinkability was very good, I could easily see myself drinking several of these in a day.

Overall, a very nice beer that would be better served being named differently, style-wise.
