A: Bright orange with a quickly dissipating peanut shell tinted head. Minimal lace, dark colored body, with a slight, slow and lazy rise of effervesce within.

S: Fresh sweet pine and citrus, wet with a fresh caramel sweetness about.

T: Flavor of caramel-pine, flowery citrus, warming spruce-pine and alcohol. Citrusy forest, toasted pine wood and semi-dry apple fruitiness. Warming spicy bite on the finish. Crisp belgian like pale grains with an american speciality sweetness and lingering hoppiness.

M: Mouthful was nice and sticky, honey consistency, sharp tingle of carbonation.

O: Overall despite the labels claim this does deliver a good dose of hops while still maintaining sessionability. Woodsy everygreen-spruce like feel is perfect for sipping on that red chair at the cabin in the great northwest woods.

look: 3.25 | smell: 4 | taste: 4.25 | feel: 4 | overall: 4.5

The colour is amber (20 EBC), the liquid is clear. The two finger head is beige and compact, it sinks slowly leaving some lacing on the glass.

The smell is smooth and quite dry. Mellow hoppy growing bitterness, red fruits and berries. Citric marmalade. Juicy sweet flavours.

The taste is a fine blend of smooth red grapefruits, bitter marmalade, fruit candy and a touch of rye bread. Elegant medium strong bitter flavours and clean sweetness. Medium body. The aftertaste got some caramel, fruits and berries (oranges, apricots, mango, lemon curd. Smooth bitter-sweet flavours in the finish.

The carbonation is medium strong, lots of small long lived bubbles. The liquid is light and mid-smooth.

A solid and extremely smooth APA.
