She pours a hazy yellow/orange color and leaves the same colored body. She has a white film of a head that quickly dies within several seconds and has no lacing whatsoever. The smell has a very strong orange and citrus up front, lemon zest, coriander. The taste is slightly spicy, slightly sweet through light refreshing sort of taste. It has a sticky sweet aftertaste with a dry finish. The palate is light, sessionable, and has a sharp carbonation but adequate for the style. Overall, well, its good for me - no Belgian yeast, but true Belgian fans might not like this one too much. Still I say its a good one for the good ol back of the porch for summer days.

L: golden/white/lemon color
A: citrus, yeast, spices
T: mildly hoppy, wheat and citrus
F: smooth, almost a light IPA
O: good but I would have preferred more hops, it's a stretch to call it an IPA instead of a regular ale. Goes down very easy, just not as flavorful as I'd hoped.

Poured into tulip from bottle, nice 2 finger white soapy head, nice retention and nice lacing. Pale golden hazy in the glass. Smells of Belgian yeast, coriander & citrus. Taste initially of coriander, clove, slight juicy fruit and finishes up with a touch of citrus and has a somewhat spicy finish. Has a somewhat lingering after taste of herbs. Nice mouth-feel and body. Grabbed this as part of a pick six, but going to put this on my buy list next time the mood hits.

I'm not that big of an IPA fan but this was included in a box of beers a dog walking friend just gave me that she didn't want and there are some really really good gems in there. Anyway I poured a 12 ounce bottle into a Dogfish Head tulip just within the 9/23/2016 enjoy by date. It was a cloudy straw color that just screams WHEAT. The smell was citrusy and cloves and just seemed clean. The taste was very subtle and avoided the mega hops assault on my palate which some people obviously enjoy but that doesn't include me. The feel was fine but like others have said, this is more like a whit than an IPA.

So this was pleasantly enjoyable on a late summer evening, if not ultimately what I look for in a beer, even a free one.

Poured into a pint glass. Hazy straw color with a thin head that leaves a thin ring of lacing at the top of the glass. Nose of coriander, citrus, and wheat with a subtle inkling of hops. Taste follows nose with the wheat, citrus, and spices of a whit and the lightly hopped finish from the citrus hops. Medium carbonation and medium-light body with no aftertastes.
This was closer to whit than IPA to me. Highly drinkable with a good amount of citrus to it. It could definitely be a starter IPA even if SNPA is more hoppy than this.

From a 355ml bottle, pours a hazey straw colour with a thick white head that laces well.
Aroma lemon, citrus, spices.
Taste lemon, citrus, clove, coriander.

Smell of citrus. One finger head with cloud yellow color. Taste of sweet flora and citrus, little hop bitter. A good starter IPA. Quite enjoyable sweet IPA

Very nice color; light/white golden. Smell has a bright fruitiness to it. Taste is very similar to smell; fruity, but with hops breaking throughout the drink. Feels smooth going down, not too rough. Overall I'd say it's a well balanced beer for those who are looking for a wheat with some hoppiness.
