Pours a bright gold/yellow with some head that falls, and leaves plenty of lacing.

Smell is Lemon and coriander, with orange, citrus and pine, and wheat.

Taste is good with a strong wheat presence and a delicate hoppiness. There's alot going on in this beer. Coriander, wheat malt, bread, a tiny bitter bite from hops, and a touch of caramel.

Mouthfeel is spot on, can't complain.

Overall I enjoy deschutes beers frequently, and this one doesn't dissapoint.

Poured from a 12-oz bottle. Very pale yellow & not much head - not unattractive, looks like your typical wheat beer. Almost no aroma of any kind - one of the least aromatic beers I've had in a while. Very very strong citrus taste - almost shandy like - and I'm really struggling to note any hoppy bitterness at all. Carbonation is on the lower end, but not unpleasantly so.

This is my first mediocre review on here, but if the label says IPA, I want at least some of the bitter notes of the hops to come through - this one tastes more like a basic wheat beer with a generous dose of lemon squeezed into it. Its not a bad drink, but not a particularly good one either.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass. Very little white, foamy head, dissipates quickly. Very little lacing. Milky yellow hue.

Lemon grass, lemon zest on the nose, did I say lemon? Mild hops.

Lemon, lime, orange and grapefruit. Slightly rotten, bready fruit that you would expect from a wheat. Light carbonation, mellow and easy drinking. Slight hoppiness, with a bitter citrus finish that fades quickly.

I like this beer, a local wings joint has this on draft, less lemon and more creamy mouthful on tap than this bottle but still a favorite of mine...a very good beer, Deschutes is quickly becoming a favorite brewery of mine to sample. I will buy again, preferably on tap.
