Pours a cloudy light amber color (almost orangish) with some sediment. Has a finger width foamy head with good head retention great lacing. Aroma of apple and stronger raisin. Good amount of candied sugar. Big sweet raisin taste with mild apple and candied sugar. The alcohol is somewhat evident but not overpowering. Medium bodied with low to moderate carbonation.

Pours a hazy amber. Short bubbly head fades to light lacing.

Smells of pears and light banana. Seems to have a slight Belgian yeast smell.

First sip was apple pie almost. Subsequent sips reveal other fruits and sweeter flavor. Light malt flavors. I do not detect any alcohol flavor. Medium body. Light fruity sweetness lingers for a short time. More tart apple flavor as it warms.

Pours clear, gold in color with one inch head. Taste is apples, pears, honey, hay, and white wine. Complex, slick, and full bodied. Really tasty sipper. Glad I found this. I would certainly pick this one up again.

Hazy, opaque deep red-orange in color. Minimal white head that has some retention and leaves little lacing. Rich maltiness in aroma, with caramel, toffee. Strong fruity esters, with slight notes of the wine barrel. Slightly spicy. Delicious and complex in taste. Again, a rich maltiness with spice, dark fruit, caramel, and toast. The slight barrel notes add a nice complexity, without taking anything away from the base flavors of the quad. Medium-light in body with moderate carbonation. Not overly sweet or bitter with a slightly dry finish. Overall, a wonderful and complex version of a quad.
