Great artisinal beer by a small brewery not being tempted to spoil their brews with commercially bought barley malts.
Pours a light amber orange with a two finger head. medium retention.
Smell, wild yeast, dirty ladies underwear.
Taste, little acitidy there. Dry, some bitterness, little grapefruit maybe. Lack of artifial sweetness is nice.
Mouthfeel dry.
A very good strong blonde.
Honest with a rough end.
Having said this, beers of this Brewery are not so well quality controlled. I had yesterday some experience with the tripple Corne du bois des pendus, and the older one was absolute marvelous with yeast sendiments, while the newer ones resembled more like a mediocre IPA.

L- Hazy mid gold, leading to something of an amber look. Pours with a 5-7mm pillowy off-white head.
S- Some subtle citrus notes, but low key, pleasant.
T- There is some citrus here too... what is that much gentler Asian grapefruit+orange-cross like fruit... ... hmmm, pomelo. That has a hint of aromatic perfume too, and is not much acidic, this reminds me of it.
F- The hops are quite prominent, so it's bright and refreshing. Carbonation in the glass mouth is good.
O- Very much of the Belgian Blond style. Bright, refreshing, quite subtle zesty/citrus hints. It's certainly an elegant beer, very well put together. Suited for high summer, and for those you favour brighter/dryer/more prominent hopping.
Bought from BeersOfEurope/UK for home delivery. 330ml ceramic stoppered+caged bottle. BB: 01/2022

Bottle at Echarle Huevos, served at home in a trappist glass. Pale yellow colour, small head with short retention, some lacing. Aroma of citrics, grass, fruits, spices, some resins. Medium body, creamy texture, good carbonaton. Bitter finish with a sweet retro. Taste of citrics, caramel, fruits, spices grass. Very good.
