Interesting smell To this. Strawberry flavor to finish with an overseeing sour tasteoup front. Clean smooth slightly acidic finish

This beer is a very dark orange, almost red, with barely a touch od translucency to the body. The head is a mix of spritzy and foamy that actually holds up pretty well and leaves just a bit of spotting behind.
This has some funk, and plenty of sourness, but the main element is vinegar. I don't get much strawberry at all, though it does peek through. It's mainly sharp, particularly in the flavor. A bit of must underlies this brew before it gets a bit salty along with the sting. The fruity note that does come through is that of just-ripening strawberries. It does have an astringency that, strangely, remains without building up.
There's just a lot more apple cider vinegar than strawberry, and it doesn't integrate as well as a truly great lambic.
There's some movement to this beer, but it's also quite harsh. The vinegar stringency definitely stings in the feel as well as the taste. It's crisp, and consistently so, and while not exactly smooth certainly more than I would expect. It's the very opposite of cloying, going so dry as to almost take moisture away. It's interesting, for sure.

Bright yellow color, nearly no foam.

Smells like used baby-daiper, very unpleasant at first, but if, against better knowledge, you are still willing to take a deep breath, you will find very well hidden flavours of ripe strawberries, beneath a tart, fruity load of brett defined sourness. It is even possible to detect a sweet hint in the overall sourness, resulting from the strawberries.

Taste is incredible sour, dries out the tongue immediately, but still leaves some space for a decent strawberry flavour. Begins as sour as it gets, then stawberries come up, adding a lot of fruitiness, which then transforms into a tongue stinging fruity bitterness. It is hard not to cringe at that particular point, still, the beer is unexpected nice, due to its enjoyable, refreshing complexity.

Fantastic, dry tartness paired with sunny, stingy fresh strawberries, leading to a chewy mouthfeel, with an enormous sour aftertaste, which leaves the palate slightly dazed, but very satisfied.
