Hazy golen in color with a high level of carbonation and a large white head. Aroma is of spice and citrus. Taste is of lime and spices with a slight sourness. Finishes with dry with a yeasty flavor. I'm not too familiar with the style, but this was a very enjoyable brew.

750ml green bottle.

App: Amazing pillowy, thick white head. Very active carbonation.

Smell: Dry fruityness. Alcohol comes through slightly. Musty grains are the dominant smell here.

Taste: Dry and musty up front. Alcohol warms through out. More alcohol than I was expecting from a listed 6.5% abv. Slight bitterness on back of tongue at finish. Aftertaste is bitter and residual alcohol.

MF: Lots of carbonation. Alcohol sting.

Drinkability: Very good. Light and flavorful. Non-intrusive

This was a nice farmhouse ale that poured a paler yellow than I would have thought with a considerable head. It was very light and acidic in taste and quite refreshing. While the Belgian yeast flavor was certainly there it was not as pronounced as in other Belgian ales I have had, though I am admittedly not very familiar with the farmhouse style.

A very nice summer beer.
