Dark yellow, quite hazy. A fizzy, white head.
In the smell strong flavour of a blanche: orange flowers, sweet orange peel, white flowers, and a touch of vanilla. A bit too sweet, maybe some zabaione, too.
In the taste the same notes. Sweetish, sugary, in the end a little boring.
Sweet orange and sweetness in the aftertaste, again.
A bit boring, yes.

Very light, yellow beer with a small white heads. A little bit hazy.

Nose: Citrus, orange, Belgian yeast, apple and goosberry.
Taste: Very light, waterish taste but still good! Refreshing. Citrus, coriander, grass, herbs and sweet malt.
Body: Light body and medium, soft, carbonation.

I think this beer is perfect a warm summer day!

Pours a cloudy gold with a quickly dissipating head that leaves a bit of lace around the edges of the glass. Smells of lemon, banana, and something metallic. Tastes similarly, with fruit, sweet and bitter, up front and a sharp aftertaste. Finishes with coriander which is a welcome respite from the fruit up front. Mouthfeel is thin and not altogether satisfying. Drinkable on a hot day, no doubt, but there may be a bit of the "any port in a storm" in that thought. In general, an OK witbier, but definitely not the best I've had.

This beer pours a golden/honey like colour which is a little cloudy and has a half finger head that disspates quite quickly,it smells of orange peel some corriander and some light earthy, citrus notes,on taste it tastes alright just some citrusy, wheat flavours not bad for a witbier but i have had better versions of this style as it just doesnt have that full mouthfeel a witbier should leave you with, but in saying that could easliy drink more than one of these on a nice hot summers day.

Pours a hazy slightly orange yellow colour with average head. The nose is slight citrus with some spice. This is quite a dry Wit with a quick finish. Refreshing but not too complex I admit with all the great wheat beers in BC I would probably not buy this again as it lacks the full bodied mouthfeel that I look for in the style

Relatively clear golden yellow color with a fluffy head with short retention.
Nice aroma with good spices, oranges, lemon, coriander, some banana, wheat and pineapples.
Flavor of pineapple core, coriander, lemon, yeast, wheat, some musty funkiness from its lactic acid, pears and lemongrass. Dry aftertaste, slightly acid.
Light body with good effervescent carbonation.
Although it underplays a bit the Witbier general flavors compared to top range, it got a mild funky must twist, that overcompensates its blandness.

Pours straw colored liquid with a suspended yeast and a tight small bubbled head. The nose has a fair bit more sticky malt, light note of honey, assertive yeast and decent bit of peppery spice as a lemon and herbal presence take over. Bigger and brighter than the nose but lots of sweetness. Honey up front, light yeast and peppery spice mid palate, more honey, lemon and citrus dominate the back with a light bitterness. Light to medium body, a touch creamy, lively on the back of the tongue and an assertive carbonation.

Pours a cloudy orange that never seems to stop effervescing. There is a large head which leaves an intricate lace on the glass. Smell is pleasant like a spiced banana with sweet apricots and other fruits. The taste is a little weak... you can taste the same fruits but also too much water to make it enjoyable. In the very end of the sip you can get a citrus kick, but again the water takes it down quickly and leaves no lingering.

Bottle: Poured a light yellow ale with some white haze and a large pure white foamy head with good retention and good lacing. Aroma of light orange peel with some coriander and some wheat malt. Taste is also dominated by some light coriander and some wheat malt with a bready yeast. Body is a bit thin for the style with some perfect carbonation thought. Well done but lacking some spicing and some body to be a truly great beer from one of my favorite brewery.
