Enjoyed at the brewery.

A: clear golden amber lots of lace single head

S: grapefruit and hops.

T: hops up front are nicely presented. Both mild bitter ad pine with a grapefruit finish. Usually I sense the opposite order of flavors making this a unique brew

M: medium body and moderate carbonation.

Overall: Nice beer. Only thing is it tastes more alcohol intense than it is.

Found this at the Rackhouse in Denver on tap. I wanted the Elk Mountain Brown, but they were out. Oh well...

Pours a semi-cloudy, pale golden. Nice white foam and lacing.

Pleasant aroma of citrus, tropical fruits. Some coriander and spice. Biscuit malt is present.

Darn good flavor and feel. Some citrus zest, but mostly like that of mango and pineapple. A hint of spice and florals mid way through. Beneath and throughout is a solid, yet unobtrusive malt backbone of biscuit and very light caramel.

Good zip to it. Carbonation is spot on with the hop profile. Darn good beer

This pours a pale, cloudy, straw yellow with a foamy white head that fades fast but leaves walls of lace.

The aroma is light, crisp, with a touch of citrus, orange, and grapefruit.

The flavor is stronger on the grapefruit, with hints of tropical pineapple against a sweet wheat background with hints of honey.

Grainy, medium bodied, and creamy.

Nice, interesting flavor profile, different, enjoyable.
