Notes:
In Festina Peche, since the natural peach sugars are eaten by the yeast, the fruit complexity is woven into both the aroma and the taste of the beer so there is no need to doctor it with woodruff or raspberry syrup. Just open and enjoy!

Pale straw color, lots of bubbles and a massive white head. A little barnyard funk, cut grass and a hint of peach on the nose. Nice, mouth-puckering tartness, slight creaminess and, again, just a touch of peach in the flavor. Not my favorite Berliner Weisse, but not bad. This one's pretty easy to find and still scratches that itch.

Festina Pêche is based off the Berliner Style Weissbier, which is a tart wheat beer that may be sweetened with syrups when served. Dogfish Head went the extra mile and brewed theirs with peaches.
Pours out a hazed yellowish-golden brew, with a ring of white lace that struggles to stick around. Firm peach aroma with a mildly tart nose; hints of wheat and yeast with a backing of floral notes in the aroma. Very refreshing from a blast of tartness and a deep crispness comes from within the moderate body. The tartness has a perfect snap to it rather than trying to rip your taste buds out. In the core of the tartness sits the peach flavor, with green apple flavors swirling around it. From middle to end, it's soft, but the malt flavor grows and vanishes quickly as dryness sets in and the aftertaste shows its cleanliness.
By far, one of the best summer seasonals brewed in the US this year. This beer is a call to the entire brewing industry not to jump on every bandwagon that comes through town. Do something different.

Taste starts clean, and the tartness comes on mid taste. Warmth melds the taste. The tastes are like a dry white wine initially. The tart is light, and much like the nose, has definite notes of peach. Carbonation is decent, providing almost like an unsweetened clear citrus soda.
A clean straightforward beer that is quite refreshing. Nothing too extreme in this one, a mild shock for DFH; it reminds me in a couple ways like Weterbacher's Tarte Nouveau.

Pours a clear light-yellow/light-golden. No head retention. Head dissipates quickly.
Smells of sour bacteria with a hint of sulfur.
Tastes like sour lemon and spoiled wheat grain. If you imagine peaches, you might get a small hint behind all the lemon though it certainly isn't obvious.
Mouthfeel is tart, and nothing but; so much bitter lemon just ruins this. Feel is also light/thin.
This might be a good example of the style, but I'd imagine the reason the imbibing populous aren't as thrilled with this style, as it has been historically celebrated, is that it's fucking trash compared to other options. This barely deserves to be called beer; where are the hops!? You could mix up some lemon juice and sulfur and have the same taste experience — or lick a 9v battery while inhaling farts.

The creamy white head resembles a fresh snow bank. The body is quite hazy and full of questionable sediment. Pale yellow in color. Overall, the look is unsettling once you peek below the head.
A nice peach aroma mixed with lemon-line soda and pale grainy malt comes through easily enough. An inviting smell, but not so much that it makes the mouth even begin to water.
Tart enough to only border on being a sour. The fruit flavors are muddled and difficult to pick out at first, but as the beer settles, they present as white nectarine, ripe orange, and peach, as promised. No malt or hop flavors are present, causing the beer to masquerade as a mix of orange and citrus soda pop stirred wth a healthy squeeze of lemon juice.
A medium body with medium-high carbonation creates a mouthfeel which recalls an old fashioned soda.
Drinkable, but not worth going out of one's way for. It's like a simple, sweetened sour with the complexity wrung right out of it. With such a little w ABV you'd want to be able to consume one after another, but a fuller mouthfeel makes it too filling to be entirely sessionable.

Pours like a light looking peach lemonade drink with a small head that fades into virtually no lacing at all. Smells of peach and yeast. The taste is nearly the same as the smell, nice and peachy with slight bitterness yet the peach flavor is somehow not overpowering. It's a light-bodied beer which makes it easy and enjoyable to drink. Overall, this is one of the better fruit beers I've had. Great summer beer, that's for sure.

The taste is nearly the same as the smell, nice and peachy with slight bitterness yet the peach flavor is somehow not overpowering. I actually had to throw this beer away. First time that has ever happened. No Peach aroma at all, and so sour it was undrinkable. Maybe i got a bad batch but I am super disappointed.

Pours a rather pale yellow with a thick but not persistent white head. Aroma is fairly strong and malty with an overtone of peach. Flavor is malty with a nice alcohol edge and sweet peachy hints, as well as some cidery peach in the aftertaste. It feels a little thin but edgy, and goes down the hatch smoothly and subtly.

Pours a rather pale yellow with a thick but not persistent white head. Aroma is fairly strong and malty with an overtone of peach. Flavor is malty with a nice alcohol edge and sweet peachy hints, as well as some cidery peach in the aftertaste. It feels a little thin but edgy, and goes down the hatch smoothly and subtly.

Smell - Fruity sour and sweet, slightly cloying here.
Taste - Blast of sour funky apricot in the mouth. A little over the top and not as subtle as I would have expected. The first thing I thought was they created a fruit beer here, the Weissbier style is subdued by the peach/apricot flavor, creating almost a cider-like experience.
Mouthfeel - Tart, fruity, not boozy. In general the drinkability is just OK because of the extreme of the flavor that comes with each sip. Light-bodied. Breadiness is quite minimal here as well, which is a bit off for the style, all things considered.
Overall - For what it is, it delivers, and it probably delivers better than most others of this style, but this is not one that I would personally seek out again.
