Aroma has hints of grass and biscuits, pours a slightly cloudy straw with a white head. Light body (to be expected in a session IPA), mild bitterness, with a touch of sweetness. Very mild flavor, and a slightly bitter finish. Overall, not a bad session beer.

I tried a 12 Oz can recently, poured into a spiegelau glass. I’ve had plenty of IPAs over the years, from sessions to doubles, everything from English IPAs, West Coast IPAs, East Coast IPAs, Milkshake IPAs, and New England IPAs, plus many of their pale ale counterparts. This did not remotely smell like an IPA or even a pale ale to me. I thought It smelled more like a light lager. It tasted somewhat better than it smelled. I think it would have been more acceptable to my palate if I had just drunk it out o the can (less aroma).

Poured from a 19.2 oz. can. Has a dark golden color with a 1 inch head. Smell is of citrus, peaches. Taste is citrus, malts, mild bitterness but flavorful for the abv. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is surprisingly good for a 95 calorie beer.

Clear gold with three fingers of white head. Splotches and rings of lace appear as the level drops.
Smell is bready malt with resinous floral hops.
Taste is floral hops and bready malt.
Mouthfeel is light and well carbonated. The finish is lightly dry and mildly bitter.
Overall a tasty and refreshing lo-calorie IPA.
Packaged date is 08/06/19.

12oz can poured into Duvel tulip. Picked up from the grocery store as part of a $10 six pack mixer. CANNED ON 05/29/19 printed on bottom of can. So this is only a month old. Should still be pretty fresh.

Appearance - Pours a very large off-white, faintly light brown tinted head. Slightly hazy medium gold body. Decent retention and light lacing with slight stick. 3.5

Smell - Understated hop and a rounded sweetness like apple juice or something. Possibly even honey. 3.75

Taste - Slightly bitter hop. I mean, it's generally mild but sort of builds up a bit before dying out. A thin honey sweetness underneath it all. 3

Mouthfeel - Light to medium bodied, probably a bit more on the light side. Astringent. Acidic. Carries into the finish, slightly unpleasantly. 2.75

Overall - Not particularly appetizing but not particularly offensive either. Interesting but I wouldn't buy it again. 3

A very nice, clean, crisp IPA - never tried one of these in a low-cal form before. Not watery or weak as I expected. Tried this one on tap at a local restaurant. Slightly darker golden color with some mild white head and spotty lingering lacing. Smells of some nice fruity hops - grapefruit, mango, lemon, pineapple - as well as malt, light nuttiness and caramel. Maybe a little vanilla as well. Taste follows the nose. Good balance of flavor and light crispness. Smooth, mild, thin mouthfeel with good carbonation. A tasty offering!

Bought a 6-pack cans $10.29 Tamuras
71 days old
Very faint citrus smell
Hazy golden-light amber color
Light mouthfeel
High carbonation
Light citrus flavors, light bitterness
Overall its a good low cal low alcohol beer and that is what I am rating it on. For the same price I would buy other Dogfish beers so don't think I'll buy again unless it becomes cheaper.

Slightly MIghty pours a clean copper color, with no head. Aroma is mild, with dry fruit notes. Flavor is dry, hints of gram, and a dry monk fruit note. Good body and feel. Overall, this a very good session IPA. Bigger on the monk fruit flavor, and that comes forward, but this beer has some flavor, and good flavor.

Really surprising to find so much IPA flavor in a low cal brew. Great citrus hops balance. Very satisfying. I will most definitely look for it next time.

Pours a not quite clear light orange color with about a half finger of white head. Smell initially is citrus, fades to floral notes and a very light bread note. Taste is bready malts, citrus notably grapefruit peel, some hint of tropical fruits and a hint of bread. Mild bitterness to the finish, fairly crisp. Light bodied. Overall this is really aimed at the Michelob Ultra/Corona Premier drinker and arguably is much better tasting than either of those.

My first serving of a lo-cal IPA. This ale has great flavor. Some good notes of hoppy aroma and flavor. I like its less sweet profile compared with typical IPAs. The Slightly drier and less sweet profile seems mainly due to the natural no-cal monk fruit used to balance the hop bitters. An overall excellent session quality Ale.
