A witbier bursting with good karma. Made with dried organic orange slices, fresh-cut lemongrass and a bit of coriander, this Belgian-style white beer is a great thirst quencher.

A cellar temperature bottle poured into my old logo Allagash pint glass. The liquid is ever so slightly translucent and golden colored. A decent amount of carbonation is visible within, all of it rising in steady streams. The head is pure white foam. The beer foamed up a lot when I poured, but it has settled down a bit, but is still a few fingers thick. Some patchy lacing is left behind.
Plenty of lemon and coriander greet my nose when I inhale. Some orange citrus is in there as well, but it isn't as prominent as the lemon. A little bit of powdered sugar sweetness and some musty Belgian style yeast round out the aroma.
This is a crisp beer with some good malts, but also a high quality, reserved hop profile. Lemon citrus and grassy notes are prevalent (probably all that lemongrass the label says in the beer). There is very little sweetness. A dry finish with lemon and orange peel flavors that linger.
The body of this beer is fuller than I expected, but it also has a watery quality as I swallow. Tiny bubbles can be easily felt. There is a good sized coat, but it is watery and can be swallowed quickly. There isn't any stickiness.
This is a good wit that I am enjoying, but it doesn't blow me away the way that Allagash White does; and since that is a local beer here, I'll go for a bottle of that next time I am craving this style. That isn't to say you shouldn't give this beer a shot, it is a very well made beverage that is worth a taste.

Flavor: Moderate flavors of Belgian spice and wheat. Bread malt with some cloves and spice underneath. (4.00)
Feel: Slightly heavier-bodied and finish is smooth wheat malt. Lightly bitterness lingers. (4.00)
A 4 way head-to-head blind ranking 10/2022:
#1 Allagash White: More floral, coriander, and spice. Really enjoyed the floral spices from this one.
#2 St. Bernardus Wit: Bright lemon and lime citrus. Some juicyfruit. Delicate and clean.
#3 Dogfish Head Namaste: More clove spice, bread malt, and bitterness. Surprisingly well-done and balanced.
#4 Blanche De Chambly: Strong lemon citrus and wheat. Heavier. Still drinks nicely but more citrusy than I expected. These were all great so ultimately it comes down to preference.
Overall: A very nice Belgian wit here. Drinks nicely and well-rounded for a wit. In the blind test this one leaned slightly heavier on the bread malt and clove spice. Balanced and well-rounded. First time at this one, but this one drinks along with the big guys. (Rating: 4.00)

I like the can artwork, great use of color. The pour is copper colored with a small amount of sediment near the bottom of the shaker pint glass. On the taste, I'm definitely getting the orange and lemongrass. In addition to, I'm getting some of the coriander & peppercorns on the backend. This was quite a flavorful wheat beer. All in all, it was interesting to try a beer with lemongrass & peppercorns added to it. Who would have known that something I like to add to my salad would also go good when I add to my beer. Cheers! Poured a slightly hazy orangeish/copper color with a small white head.
Smell is that of oranges, coriander, and yeast.
Taste is just like the smell.
This beer is not the kind that I usually drink a lot of, but this one came in a mixed box from the local beer store. Overall, it's a decent beer and it's a good thirst quencher.

Salvaged from a bachelor party weekend mix-pack. This is one of my least favorite styles but this is a very good Belgian white. Not too heavy on the coriander, while the the lemongrass and some banana-orange peak through. Had to add an orange slice to make it more palatable for me.

This beer pours a cloudy pale yellow color with a significant white head. The aroma is spicy. I detect coriander, lemon, orange, and cinnamon. The taste is similar to the smell; primarily coriander and citrus.

Appearance:
The ale, a glassy yellow gold. The head, a luxuriant bubble bath of the purest white suds.
Bouquet:
100% Belgian wheat with traces of powdered orange zest and lemon grass.
Feel:
Light and refreshing as cooled creek water. A secretive sizzle of carbonation keeps it crisp.
Taste:
Like biting into an airy, ultra-soft loaf of malty, white bread. The loaf is sparingly seeded with coriander, green peppercorn, and bits sweetened orange rind. Mild spiciness from Belgian yeast compliments its grassy, lemon aftertaste.
