750 ml bottle, with bottled on date 01/24/2012 printed on the bottle. I didn't really realize this beer was that old, but it' whatever. It's been probably just as long since I last drank this beer, so I thought it was time to revisit it.

Poured into an over-sized wine glass, per the death of my snifter.

A - Pours a pale golden straw colored body with about two and a half fingers of soapy bone white foam.

S - Smell is light, but pleasant. Some dusty wheat, grainy malt, lemongrass, lemon zest, honey, bubblegum, cloves, hint of yeast, and a bit of orange zest. Definitely hits it's mark.

T - The bubblegum malts have definitely mellowed a bit, and I'm thankful for that. The coriander comes through more in the taste with some upfront floral aspects, orange zest, apple, and grainy wheat & lemongrass. Some yeast presence in the aftertaste.

M - Feel is crisp, grainy, and dry on the finish. Light-bodied and refreshing.

Overall, I'd say this beer has held up well, despite it's age. Definitely refreshing and sessionable, as the bottle claims. And while I'm normally not a fan of witbiers, I can surely say this is one I would drink again. I'd like to see this released in six packs.
