Dogfish Head : SeasonAle

A brew made for a certain Ohio resteraunt. Ended up in my glass. Seems like a one off.

Clear straw yellow in appearance, sporting a soapy, dense head that provides alot of lacing. In the taste, wheat malt, cotton candy, somewhat sweet but with a kiss of hops. Mild bitterness, refreshing wheat flavor, decent balance though leaning toward the sweet side. Medium bodied and very smooth. Good level of carbonation. Overall, this is a good example of a wheat beer, broadly in the American Pale Wheat style.
