330ml bottle poured into tulip.

Pours a deep, clear red-brown with half a finger of loose tan head that leaves blobs of droopy lace as it recedes.

Smells of red wine vinegar, gallons of fresh cherry juice, dried vanilla, barrel wood and an underlying caramel sweetness.

Tastes incredible. Cold cherry pie, green apple, plum, sweet red wine, more oaken barrel staves and caramel.

Feels deceptively light. Medium bodied with peppy carbonation. Finishes off-dry

Verdict: Vigorously recommended. The best sour I've ever had.

Pours dark brown, clear body, like root beer, with a hint of ruby; frothy, sandy colour head recedes to a thin layer in a minute.
Aroma of raisin, prune, vanilla, iced tea, cherry compote.
Bracing sourness and a slightly oily mouthfeel, matched by effervescence like Perrier. Flavours of sour cherry and cassis dominate, but there is great balance between these tart notes and fruity sweetness. Dry finish and middling length.
This is a solid recommend for any sour or Belgian beer fan, it's delicious from start to finish.

Purchased from BevMo in Woodland Hills.
Poured into a chalice. Recently seen a lot of hype surrounding this beer as being one of the best of its style. Looking forward to trying it!

Look: Pours a deep brownish red, nearly no head of foam.
Smell: really nice combination of balsamic, sour cherries, and oak. Really nice balance.
Taste: Again, getting those notes of balsamic vinegar, but with the much sweeter fruit notes of grape and cherry to balance it out. The vinegar acidity lingers in the finish.
Feel: Seltzery carbonation, crisp, thin body. Even getting a slight vinegar burn in the back.

A great Flemish style ale, a good uniqueness from other beers of the same style. You would think that the prominent balsamic would be a turn off, but balanced with a fruitiness and notes of oak that really evens this great beer out.

One of the best beers anywhere. Slightly sweet and nutty.
