West Coast Pilsner brewed in collaboration with our good friend Jen House from Thunder Island Brewing (Cascade Locks, OR). Hopped with Amarillo and Crosby Estate's Centennial. Big Meyer lemon nose and taste. Softer, modern West Coast clean bitterness on a backbone of all Admiral Maltings pilsner malt.
