Had this last year on my annual visit to Vancouver. Too bad this one is retired.

Pours a dark golden with 2 finger fluffy white head. Good lacing and retention.

Aroma is floral, hoppy

Taste is fruity, flowers, and a nice hops bitterness

Mouthfeel is medium bodied, crisp and dry

Overall, very drinkable. Nice.

What it is with Vancouver brewpub Pils, they all rock. This is a pleasure to drink; hoppy, fresh and balanced. A solid mid gold is set up with a big Saaz nose that does not stop. The beer tastes of fresh hops and finishes semi dry. Unlike the BC bottles Pils this version is not afraid to make a statement. Very cool.
