A: goldenrod, 1.5 fingers of head dissipates quickly, but leaves a decent lacing.

S: peaches, orange, herbal, slight bready/ caramel and toffee notes

T: nice big juicy citrus blast, grapefruit, slight herbal/minty taste. A little astringent on the finish

M: dry and easy drinking

O: a delicious beer. got a growler for $8, I'll take that every day of the week.

A: A nice, clean golden color. Looks almost like a Pilsner when poured. Nice white one finger head that lingers around leaving a nice foamy lace on the glass while the head turns to a smooth creamy foam.

S: Not the strongest smell, but very pleasing. Nice earthy overtones and a floral smell with a hint of citrus. closing my eyes and smelling with my door open on this nice spring day while hearing birds chirping just feels right.

T: The taste is a lot bolder than the smell. Again, very earthy dank taste. Quite nice. Bitter hops and grapefruit stand out. Very surprising taste for such a golden color and mild smell.

M: I really like how this feels in my mouth. It is smooth, rich and very fulfilling. It has no unpleasant after taste at all, and taste great all the way down. Almost a creamy taste, which is not surprising. As I drink it, the foam is left on the side in a nice lather all the way down.

O: This is a great offering. My local NoVa Wegman's got a pallet in and the beer guru there told me he used to live in NY and they would make special runs for this. Not hard to see why. a very good spring IPA. Pleasing to drink, pleasing to allow to linger in your mouth. I have been able to get my hands on some really good IPAs lately and this is one of them. If you find it, buy it and enjoy it.
