Huge thanks to HeadyHops81 for this one!

12 oz bottle poured into a snifter at cellar temperature.

L – Pale amber color with a 2-finger, foamy, bubbly, cream-colored head. Really nice retention and some patches of lacing. Crystal clear with lots of bubbles.

S – A nice hop bouquet with orange, grapefruit, apricot, mango, and pine aromas. There’s a solid backbone of bready, caramel malt and almost a hint of mint here, too. Smells really nice.

T – It starts off with a combination of sweet caramel and bready malt and bittersweet fruity hops with orange, mango, and apricot flavors. As the taste progresses, the bitterness builds a bit more and more grapefruit and pine notes creep in. This is so tasty.

F – Light-to-medium-bodied with great carbonation, a sticky and slightly chewy mouthfeel, and a bittersweet and dry finish. Grapefruit hoppiness lingers for the longest.

O – This is a great IPA. It’s lighter in mouthfeel than most but that adds to the awesome drinkability. It smells and tastes great as well, with a slightly different hop profile than a lot of grapefruit and tropical fruit-blasted IPAs these days. I would definitely try to get my hands on this one if you haven’t had it. Thanks, Frank!
