Pours foggy, light amber to copper (SRM 7-9). Two inches of loose white head quickly collapses to a ring. Occasional bubbles of carbonation race upwards in a flash.
The blueberries are dramatically present, fresh and pleasant. The background has a faint maltiness. Much thanks to Dave.
Unlike the aroma, the AO pint glass reveals no obvious fruit flavors. It has mild sweetness and light sourness, as expected from the style. The finish is lingering and mild.
Carbonation is modestly fizzy in this beer that has a light to thin body. There is no real presence of alcohol. The texture is reminiscent of fine nylon or spandex.
This is an easy drinking beer and could easily be sessioned for several hours. Unfortunately, it's not what I had expected from a Berliner Weisse. Much thanks to Dave.

Crystal clear rose-red color. It creates a moderate white-pink head and settles in a lumpy fashion but leaves little lace.
Candy-like SweetTart aroma. It's like artificial strawberry. There's a bit of children's aspirin smell.
The taste is semisweet with only a mild tartness. The body is watery but the carbonation is light. Think lowly carbonated, unsweetened lemon-lime soda, It's easy-to-drink but I'd also describe this as a lawnmower sour.

16 FL OZ can
Served in a can glass
This beer pours a murky, rust color with a purple tinge. It is topped with a huge pinkish head that coats the inside of the glass.
Tart blueberry smell. Fruity. Smells more like a blueberry ale than a sour.
Taste follows the disappointing smell. Tart blueberry ale flavor. Not really sour
Light bodied with a thin mouthfeel
I was thinking blue raspberry flavor and smell, not a blueberry juice ale. I guess I could have read the label better, but I am just that lazy. It's a tart, blueberry ale.
