De Hopt. En copa Teku. 4 cl. Jugando a Avernum 5. 57 graditos de ná. La verdad que en nariz estan bien ocultos y es agradable. En boca quema como es esperable, no sabe mal pero cuesta acabarla. Tras cada sorbito hay que beber agua

Nose was filled with booze and some tropical notes.
Taste was more of the same, booze and tropical fruit but with more pineapple. Something a bit like rotten fruit, but not in an entirely off-putting way.
Smooth mouthfeel, but with a harsh alcohol burn.
Overall: Glad I got to try it. I'd have an ounce again if given the choice.

A-Pours a dark amber without much head. Body looks viscous and slimy. Legs like wine.

S-For what it's worth, the nose isn't as boozy as you'd expect. It's an overpowering maltiness. Almost smells like dogfood. Dried out malty nose and yes, plenty of booze but not like sniffing a glass of single malt or anything.

T-The flavor isn't as kind. An absolute blast of cask strength whiskey alcohol. A fiery shot of booze. After the initial sip's dragon breath wares away, the damp, humid, sticky, clingy caramel and booze-fruit grips the tongue and dehydrates it.

M-Like a shot of whiskey with an unfriendly, cloying finish.

O/D-A gimmick.

This is kind of insane; a beer produced (Eisbock-style) at 57.5% ABV is more a test of endurance and determination than a beer...
There is only 36 bottle ever made and I had the pleasure to review the 6th bottle.

A: Pours dark amber with absolutely no head.

S: Smells like windscreen washer-fluid. The alcohol kind of dominates everything else... Smells more like cognac than beer. The vineousity one could expect is killed by the high ABV. This is offensive...

T: No surprises from the smell. Some dark dried fruits. This reminds me of a Mekong-whisky (the cheapest whisky-crap ever made) rather than anything beer-like.

M: This is what jet-fuel must feel like. Unpleaesant and offensive. Full body and absolutely no carbonation.

O: Since this is so very far out I rate it high - if you have a chance - try it, but acctually, this is a beer only interesteing to the worst psychopaths, or if you prefer; beer-nerds extraordinaire...

New world strongest beer. Very limited, only 36 bottles made. Each one numbered and signed by the brewer. One bottle os 200 Euro. The bottle I have is nr 1/36. Looks really good. Signed by the brewer. Beer in the glass deep golden, oily, no head. Extrem alcoholic aroma, but also some fruity hints of peaches and a hint of vanilla. Starts extreme alcoholic, burning, fiery, breathtaking. But behind all the alcohol also some fruity notes, again peaches and apricot. Burning, long lasting aftertaste. Extreme experience, but the beer is certainly hard to compare with others.
