We brewed this one with a solid base of British Maris Otter and Golden Naked Oats; hopped it with moreish amounts of UK Challenger, UK Bramling Cross, and Slovenian Styrian Fox; and fermented it to dryness with our favourite ale yeast from London.

Clear medium yellow golden color, thick white head. Good head retention. Hop aroma is woody, grassy, minty. Similar taste, on top of crackery pale malt flavor. Fairly bitter finish. Medium bodied.
