Got in a trade with GreenBayBA. 12 oz bottle poured into Central Waters snifter. Pours a mango-orange glow with a creamy head of 1 finger. Stays firm at 1/2 finger.
Aroma of oranges and bitter orange rind, slight pineapple, hop funk, and beery grains.
The flavor is a bit more bitter than expected, but still rather good. Bitter orange peel, hop oils, bitter pineapple, more hop dust, slight cracker, and an aftertaste of dry hop, a lot of amarillo and some cascade, and faint sweet bread on the finish.
Feel is semi-creamy, has a tight carbonation profile but not overly prickly, and an oily, slightly dry finish.
Overall, this beer isn't half bad. I was expecting more of a tropical vibe (I wonder why) and I got a very midwestern IPA with gratuitous amarillo dry hopping. Was hoping for something a little more juicy and fruity, but that's okay, I like beer.

Where is a slightly hazy rustic Orange with lots of carbonation. A two-finger foamy White head.
Smells of bitter, Citrus Heights in plenty of malt.
Not overly bitter with citrus hops an slight pine. Orange really comes out, very slight pineapple in the finish, even more slight coconut.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium.
