making light beer exciting isnt easy, but they manage to do that here with something super drinkable, more flavorful than most, and even on the dry side for featuring honey, i think this is a great four season drinker that flashes slightly unique, a pounder still but not a mindless one. golden and bright in the glass, good clarity and a frothy lasting head from the tap, looks well refined, polished even. the aroma and flavor are both floral up front from the honey, some kind of wildflower type likely i think, has that clover flower or subtle herbaceous character, i dig it. the malt is simple, pale type, could have some corn in it too, a little crackery pils note, off dry but not left sweet either, its the honey that brings that element, and its there the whole drink not just in the center. i think it smells just a little lighter than it tastes, the honey comes on bright and summery, a peach blossom note, light citrus at the end, very light but not invisible hops, and a lighter body but not watery or anything, it has just enough structure to support the flavors, and the finish is clean without any yeast in the taste at all and with a mild honey linger. great proportions on this, killer and tight when ice cold, more expressive and maybe even better as it warms a bit, which is uncommon in blonde and cream types. i like this a lot, would be a fridge staple if it were sold where i live, definitely underrated here on BA...

I'm not the biggest fan of blonde/golden ales but this one is fantastic. Easy, light, crisp and mildly sweet. The very low ABV is also much appreciated for hot summer days and/or long drinking sessions.

Can from BWP Liquors, enjoyed in Wisconsin Dells post-turkey. Solid head, solid beer #2 after a tripel. Easy.

12oz bottle
Clear and orange-ish, some lace. Smell is light - grain and sweet honey. Tastes okay, high amount of carbonation, no hops (that's ok tho), grainy, apparent alcohol, slight hit of the garbage-juice built up at the bottom of a trash can. That, and a hint of honey
It's alright, better than I'm giving it credit for

Poured golden yellow from bottle. Crystal clear. Low IBU so no bitter after taste. Perfect beer for warm days. Could drink a bunch of these throughout the day.

Appearance: Pours a clear, light orange color with a mild white head. SRM of 9. (3.75)
Aroma: Lots of creamed corn, honey, and some sweet lemondrop. Has that malt liquor corn flavor that reminds me of an adjunct. (3.5)
Flavor: Lemon citrus and honey on the front. Some mild pale cracker in the middle.. Ends with a malty corn and baby food aftertaste that isn't sweet. Relatively dry. (3.0)
Feel: Medium bodied. Low-carbonation and flat. Not syrupy, but the flat carbonation makes it drink so. No astringency. (3.0)
Overall: Disappointed by this one. Mild honey and cream corn flavors. Almost some baby food. Reminds me of an American adjunct lager. Furthermore, it's flat and really non-dynamic. (Final Rating: 3.17)

Had on tap. A thrown back, and an easy drinker for after a day of yardwork. Simple smell and taste: honey, blonde malts, buttered bread, and kiss of hop. Nothing too exciting, but exactly what you expected so not disappointing either. Most true in the feel, where it nails the blonde ale style
