Pours dark apricot with creamy off-white head. Great creaminess, retention, and lacing. Not is lemony and bright, some peach maybe. Nice round flavor with citrus notes and mango. I don’t get much pine, but there is a good crisp bitterness on the back end. Good effervescence makes this a refreshing brew.

On tap @Lucilles
A: poured dark straw apricot with an off white head that persisted. Slight lacing.
A: stone fruit, citrus, pine, orange. Nice, but less then expected for NEIPA.
T: follows A, trends toward the IPA vs NEIPA.
F: full, medium carbonation.
O: A nice example of an IPA?

Pours a hazy orange with fine, soapy head that clings to the glass.

Smell is fruity and piney with notes of citrus and a bit of mango.

Taste is piney and citrusy, with hints of mango and a solid bitterness with a bit of hop burn. The burn settles down a bit after a few sips. This feels more like a west coast IPA than a NE to me.

Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.

Overall, a nice IPA, but New England?

Canned 8/23/19; drank 9/1/19 @ the Yarchives.

Opaue dark orange appearance.

A rough pour yielded a big eggshell head; nice, frothy lace.

Orange peel, pine & wheat notes in the nose.

Medium mouthfeel.

Orange peel & pine flavors up front; dry wheat notes on the finish.

Too pine-y & dry for the "New England" style, in my opinion. I'll be passing on this next time.

Poured from a 12 oz. can into a tulip.

Pours amber/apricot and hazy pulpy with a solid three-finger foamy/soapy head, excellent retention and good lacing.

Aromas of peach and mango forward, followed by orange and hints of ruby red grapefruit. Just a touch of resin and white grape in the background.

The resin/pine hop is a shade more prominent on the palate, but still in the background. Peach, mandarin orange, pineapple, and mango sweet flavors hit the tip of the tongue, with lemon, yuzu and orange zest/pith bitterness arriving over the mid-palate, with a touch of booze and resin at the finish. Well balanced and smooth.

The body is straight down the middle medium. Not sticky, not crisp. Juicy but decently carbonated, so neither sticky nor dry. Maybe a bit more carbonation would have been nice.

Overall, a nicely balanced NEIPA with some very interesting fruit flavors.

Pours a hazy bright apricot orange with a thick white head that falls away rapidly leaving minimal lacing. Aroma is faint citrus fruits. Flavor follows the nose with a slight bitter hop finish. Feel is medium bodied with adequate carbonation. Overall a decent beer from a brewery that I have come to expect better from. I guess they all can't be gems.

12 oz can, no can dating. Poured into Calusa snifter.

Dark dried apricot color with 1 finger of creamy head. Unique.

Bright peach and mango with orange and starfruit all in the nose. Slight pineapple, too. Very jooooosie.

The beer does taste a little faded, though there's nothing for me here to know for sure. It has a nice flavor of peach and apricot with some orange, grapefruit, starfruit, and lemon-lime. Some alcohol. Good juicy flavors.

Feel is creamy and resiny, with a pleasant acidity and good carbonation level. Moderate alcohol heat.

Overall, a really delicious New England style IPA that deserves some attention. Will probably go back for a six pack.

Pours a matte dark orange color. Opaque even when held to the light. Thin finger velvety white head dissipates steadily leaving a thin layer of white foam on top of the beer.

Aroma is pungent with bright fruity notes - mango, tangerine, orange rind, and some light green hop notes.

Taste has notes of mango, peach and orange. Strong caramel malt backbone noted. The flavors on this die super fast - must be quite dry hopped. Not much bitterness here - just a touch of fruity hop flavors with a hint of rind bitterness that immediately disappears.

Feel is smooth and light - super vibrant carbonation. Almost soda like.

Its a solid IPA and I enjoyed drinking it, but it seems to be a unique take on the NE style.

A: The beer is hazy amber yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high off white head that has good retention properties and hardly died down leaving lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of mangos and citrusy hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of mangos with hints of pineapples and citrus. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This New England IPA is very easy to drink and has a nice amount of complexity of flavors in the taste.

This beer pours a slightly hazy copper with an average head. The aroma is rich and tropical, with sugar pineapple, guava, tangerine, mango, plantain, and coconut. The flavor is quite a bit milder, leading with a mild sweet malt flavor, fresh pine, sticky mango, sugared pineapple, and a touch of passion fruit. The mouthfeel is bright and clean with fizzy carbonation. Overall this a nice little beer, but whatever it is definitely not New England style. Still, a relatively good tropical fruity IPA.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a 12 fl oz can on October18, 2018. One of the better New England style beers from Wisconsin. Nice haze with juicy fruit aromas and flavors.

12 oz can poured into a pint glass no canned on date that I could read.

A: Slightly hazy, murky orange, tan body. big soapy white head that laces nicely as it settles.

S: lots of pineapple, apricot, lemon, and mango. A little orange asvyou breath deeper and a little bit of a yeastiness.

T: This is very juicy lots of apricot, lighter pineapple, cantaloupe a little bit of bitterness on the finish.

M: Juicy but finishes dryer medium bodied lowish soft carbonation.

O: This is a nice beer needs more bitterness and a little more malt presence but it absolutely hurts with fruit flavors. It doesn’t have that chalky feel to it or taste that a lot of the style seem to have.

Poured 12oz can into snifter. Color is a turbid orange with a 2 finger head that fades slowly and leaves webbed lacing on my glass. The scent is lovely citrus, pineapple with an incredible citrus/tropical juicy aroma to it. Absolutely fantastic topical fruits in the taste is more of the same citrus, tangerine, kiwi, and pineapples. Very mild bitterness, malt in the finish. Excellent carbonation with oily hop residue and dry finish. CW hit the mark with this one.

On draft. Slightly cloudy golden yellow body, pulpy. Smell is ripe tropical fruit, grapefruit, and a bit of zesty resin. Not much caramel, thankfully. Flavour is a nicely executed, hoppy grapefruit with a bit of papaya and mango. Minimal resinous bitterness accompanies a token caramel presence. Well done, balanced with minimal bitterness- exactly what I like from NE IPAs. Medium lighter bodied, good depth, not too much hop spicy burn, overall clean and extremely flavourful and drinkable. I like their take on this one, hopefully this one stays on the shelves in a relatively fresh manner.
