This is a pilsner on the lighter side of craft pilsners. They produced it to sell at the brewpub they used to brew for in Marshfield Wisconsin to try to steer peeople away from Macros. I don't think they make it anymore. They shouldn't. They specialize in rich, nummy beers.

On tap at the brewery.
It pours a nice-looking golden brew, with an average white head with good retention.
Aroma is nice if not powerful, flowery hops and cookie maltiness.
It is very easy to drink, with a nice carbonation that cleanses the palate and opens up asking for more. A good summer/session beer, if not remarkable. Better at the brewery than at the brewpub.

A - Golden yellow with a magnificent head standing at almost three inches. The foamy white heads even offers a nice lacing as it recedes ever so slowly.

S - The malt scent is timid and needs to really be coaxed in order to get a whiff. There may be hints of muskmelon here as well.

T - There's an interesting hop used for this beer that may take me some getting used to. It is a unique taste in that the malt is obvious but the hops really add a flavor that, in my mind, takes away from the overall taste quality.

M - The feel is soft and begs to be savored before swallowing.

~ The interesting thing about the flavors are that they're so unique that I have to think this is what the brewers of Central Waters were going for. It is a robust and filling brew and I suggest it be sampled so that you can make your own choice on what to think of it.
