P: Available in draft only. Poured from a growler into a Central Waters' pint glass on 5-25-08.

A: Pours a dark orange amber with glimmers of magenta. Reveals a thin, off-white head. Active carbonation.

S: Floral, hoppy nose with hints of clover honey.

T: Sweet and light, with a malty body that's followed by waves of caramel, butterscotch, chocolate and buttered toast. Finishes with a lingering kiss of honey. Admirably balanced with the hopped bitterness associated with an APA.

M: Smooth and refreshing.

D: Yahoo!

Take the best of an Irish Red, align it with a Pale Ale, and drink up! Recommended. If anything could possibly unite the Emerald Isle, this may be it.
