Poured from a pint cam into a Weizen glass. I've done this pour many times and I'm always amazed at the head on this beer. Retains a solid 1" head for 5 minutes. For the first time, I've pinpointed that aroma I couldn't quite put my finger on. Banana bread, with slight notes of hops. Color is not too different from domestic (American) lagers; maybe a tad darker. Smooth and creamy on the tongue. Slightly bitter. Nice lacing. Still a quarter inch of head halfway through the pint. Overall, as you might've guessed, I think it's a pretty good beer if you're in the mood for something lighter than Guinness.

Im just so confused ... and getting drunk. But this is super mild, like water. Slightly malty I guess, but just what I needed.. sue me.

A: mostly-clear golden yellow color. A thick 1 finger white head that is a definite indication of the nitro

S: grains, some butter, slightly metallic. Not much to it

T: breads, a big hit of sweet berries, creamy, a hint of grains

M: medium, silky mouth. Easy to drink

O: it's a smooth drinking beer. I've definitely had better English Pale Ales, but the nitro makes it smooth and easy to drink. Almost refreshing.

Revisiting this old friend that I haven’t seen in years. So glad to see you, my golden-hued pal. My how time flies and things change.

When I was a wee lad in the nascent stages of my beer fancy, I regarded this brew as a fine import; a thick, creamy, sweet, bitter and hearty ale. Now it drinks like a lighter-bodied ESB.

The can is still cool with the widget, and the pour still nice. Solid, tightly packed head atop an amber-gold body. Aroma and taste are bitter hops, light toasted malt and a touch of pear.

Drinks easier than I remember - almost thirst quenching - with a slicker mouthfeel. Not nearly as thick or creamy as I recall. Still an enjoyable beer that brings back fond memories. Its sessionable ABV and bitter undertone has its place.

L: Light copper Amber color with a creamy white head and a little bit of lacing. Not very much lacing for a nitro beer.

S: Aroma is very mild, some grain and a slight hop presence.

T: Grain with a slight hop and then a metallic note with a bit of bitter astringency

F: Creamy smooth mouthfeel, feels a little watery.

O: Not much flavor but a beer that can definitely be pounded.

This pours a clear golden color. The head is white, frothy, and quite thick when poured from the tap.
The nose is minimal.
The taste is a nice, crisp, bitter flavor, but it is also mellow. I know that sounds strange, but it's the best way I can describe it.
Moderate body.
A very well put together beer overall.

This beer is one of my go to beers at the local pub. I actually enjoy the creamy feel that this beer offers. If you have not tried this you will notice a good head and some fairly decent lacing. You will most likely notice that the aroma is hops, butter and honey while the taste, at least for me, has strong toffee notes with a light caramel.

This is a average beer overall, it is a little bit to creamy for my liking. There was a good head and some decent lacing. This is worth a try as a single.

Mainly got this beer due to the nitrite capsule it has. Made it interesting and more of a novalty beer.

Well, that was interesting...

Picked this up at TW a few weeks back and just got around to trying it out. Not too impressed, in fact, I'm not too anything about this. Actually, I do think it has a nice clear look, very good head and superior staying power. The smell was very appealing as well - light on malt, hop, and a distant honey scent to go along with it. But that was all that was it with this brew. The mouthfeel was watery at best, the taste had this slight metallic twang to it, though not undrinkable it was definitely something that could was very difficult to overlook.
