A super tasty perfectly snappy pilsner. The bitterness is unique on this one because it’s there but it is super soft/gentle if that makes sense. Lingers for a second then poof it’s all gone and I want to take any other sip to relive it. The carbonation on it is pretty nice too I think that combine with that unique bitterness make this a super clean and drinkable beer. Taste is crackers, little peppery, and clean citrusy. It’s a little cloudy but unfiltered I expected that so no surprise. No lacing or real head retention. Smell: a beautiful perfect weather spring day

Pours a cloudy somewhat hazy golden color. Two finger white fuzzy head dissipates leaving a thin layer of foam on top of the beer.

Aroma has notes of soft doughy malts, sweet bread, light spicy grassy hops. Its hard to put in words how delicious this smells, but its excellent.

Taste follows the nose with those soft doughy malts, fresh white bread, a hint of honey sweetness, giving way to a lovely grassy bitterness. There is a touch of spicy bite on the back end.

Feel is medium to fuller bodied for the style. Really smooth, almost pillowy, mouthfeel. Bright, but smooth, carbonation. Semi-dry on the finish.

This is unbelievably delicious. I'm floored at how good this is - I've had plenty of Einbecker's beers and they've been good, but not this good. I need this to be readily available around here.

This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small tight head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like crusty bread, spicy hops, lemon, pepper, and tea.

This is really quite excellent. It's unbelievably soft while remaining super crisp and clean. It's got a spicy, floral and clean hop character - like a floral tea, with some pepper and grassiness. The malt character is perfect- bready, crusty, doughy, and just perfectly complementary to the great hop character.

This is crisp, clean, and just wonderfully drinkable. That unfiltered aspect just keeps this absolutely so soft.

The regular Brauherren is really nice - this enters god-tier territory.
