330ml bottle purchased in Ankara, Turkey July-2017, Best-before 12/10/17.
L - Deep brown/red mahogany. Some rising CO2. Thin tan head recedes to lacing.
S - Malts with some citrus and leather following.
T - Refreshing front into malts and then a hoppy and toasty finish. Nice.
M - Modest carbonation, dryish hoppiness. Refreshing.
O - A very well balanced and enjoyable bitter. The taste has more oomph than the 4.1% suggested in the beer title above. And indeed rechecking the bottle it says it's 5.2%, which explains it!

Pulled (cask) into an imperial nonic pint glass at the Borbardier Pub in Paris.

Appearance - A nice orange color. Great clarity. A nice lumpy hear that sticks around for a bit. Very good stickage. Pretty.

Smell - A combination of sweet caramel and flowery hops. Nice.

Taste - Mild caramel flavored malt. The hops are subtle but present (a mix of flowery and spicy). The malt and hops are perfectly balanced.

Mouth - Velvety smooth. The carbonation is barely perceptible.

Overall - A good English cask bitter. Very tasty/chugable! Unfortunately, this ale wasn't as Glorious as I hoped it would be (a bit too mild for my taste).

On tap. Seemed to have managed to extract any vestiges of taste from the beer. Flat and lifeless
