Had on tap at the brewery with gwuilliums on 12/23/10.

Chuck, the owner, told me that this is brewed with pear juice.

A: Light copper color with decent formation and retention. Slight lacing.

S: Very fresh smelling malt and hops.

T: Nice light malt flavor with a medium level of spicy hops.

M: Medium-light body and good level of carbonation.

D: This is really easy to drink.

Draft sample at IBG Winterfest 2009.

A - Poured a clear copper color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing.

S- Moderate sour citrus aroma.

T - Medium bitter flavor with a medium bitter finish of moderate duration.

M - Medium body with a slick texture and flat carbonation.

D - This beer met my expectations.
