look: 4 | smell: 3 | taste: 3.5 | feel: 3.5 | overall: 3.5

Poured from a 12 oz. bottle into a pils glass.

Appears a mildly hazy golden color with a one inch white head that quickly falls down to a skim. Spotty lacing.

Aroma is grainy overall with a mild sweetness. Slight breadiness. That's pretty much it basically.

Taste is similarly grainy with a bit of a sweet touch to it. Some bready, biscuity tones as well. Some hop bitterness in the finish briefly but no particular hop flavor.

Mouthfeel is crisp and fairly light, a bit heavy actually. Might benefit from higher carbonation.

While this certainly wasn't a bad beer, it was fairly boring. I suppose it's not supposed to be all that interesting though. It's definitely a session beer, quite drinkable really.

a unique lager thats definately not average. pour is a bit cloudy. golden in color with head that dissipates. smell is protein, and a mild sweet wheat malt, some hops in there somewhere. taste is just about the same. an uneven sweet, with an unfiltered dough quailty. elmers glue yeasty. some fruitness but somewhat muted. very mild hop character. great brewery but not one of there best. not an easy style to make clean, or may i say with a lot of breathing room for experimentation. appreicate the effort.
