Clear golden yellow brew with long-lasting foam in the Blanche de Chambly goblet. Slight aroma of grass. Starts out with a cereal taste and a hint of malty sweetness. Turns dry and biscuity. Then it tastes just like over-steeped green tea, herbal and bitter. Light spritzy body is pleasant, though. But overall not very drinkable. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing.
