Thank you Kegatron for gifting me with this. 12oz bottle poured into a snifter. The brew appears a clear copper color with white cap that fades leaving spotty lace.
The nose on this is quite muted but what does emit is a mild balance of herbal hops and vegetative peppery character that has a hint of something like cracked black pepper and citrus heat.
The taste is a little watery at first with citrus hops fading to peppery spice that is warming and almost like cracked black pepper moreso than the expected hotter pepper character.
This is light bodied and lightly carbonated. It gets warmer/spicier with each sip but never becomes too hot. An interesting offering.

Poured from a brown 12 oz. bottle. Has an orange color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is light, some citrus. Taste is citrus up front, followed closely by peppers, heat is present, but not overbearing at all. feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall a pretty good beer worth trying, if no other reason than for the novelty of it.

A: Orange brown in color with some small floaties goin' round. Not much white head on top.
S: Fairly classic pale ale aroma, with a hint at heat in the back. Slight pine and grapefruit, with heat in the finish.
T: Definite heat in there, but it is matched with a nice grapefruit flavor, the heat comes out right away which mellows into grapefruit followed by a touch more of the peppery goodness.
M: Medium light in body, with fairly high carbonation. Somewhat dry finish.
O: Overall an interesting take on the classic APA. Decent hop flavor, and the heat is enough so you notice, but not so much that is is uncomfortable. Would go well with pizza. That being said, I think I prefer peppers in stouts..

Light Amber body, with a slight hint of cloudiness to it. Foamy, off-white head that lingers for the duration. Aroma is toasted malts, with hints of piney hops. No real noticeable pepper in the nose. Thr flavor is similar, with not a lot of pepper flavor, but a noticeable heat is present. This is a pretty good pale ale, but I thought the Sriracha would be more present in the nose and taste.

12 oz bottle poured in a pint glass. Nice hoppy pale ale with a little heat on the end finish. Good balance that the peppers aren't overpowering.
