Poured into a Belgian style tasting glass.

Appearance- Hazy yellow with quickly fading white head. Light lacing.

Smell- Spicy yeast and corriander. A bit funky.

Taste- Sweet like bubblegum upfront, malt and corriander follows, clove, and a hint of lemon.

Mouthfeel- Light and refreshing, a bit sharp. Plenty of carbonation.

Drinkability- This is one of the smoothest Flying Dog beers I have ever had. I could have this on a hot summer day and it would be a toss up next to Hoegaarden. A fine wit.

Presentation: 12 oz longneck, ABV clearly marked, cryptic date code. Typical Flying Dog style label with Ralph Steadman art work.

Appearance: Cloudy yellow with a nice froth head. Good retention and lacing.

Smell: Spicy yeast character and a bit of coriander.

Taste: Nice mouthfeel, good yeasty flavor. The coriander comes through here too.

Overall impression: Nice drinkable wit. Not nearly the best Wit out there, but better than average as far as a Flying Dog offering.
