12 oz bottle poured into a tulip glass.
A - Pours a hazy golden color with one finger of white head. Good lacing.
S - Bubblegum, cloves, black pepper, lemon zest, fresh cut grass, and a little bit of funky yeast.
T - Flavors are subdued on the front of the tongue, then I get a burst of pepper, lemon, and a nice grassy hop bite. There is a trace amount of funk, but nothing noteworthy.
M - Medium-light with aggressive carbonation. Very refreshing with a slightly dry finish.
O - I was pleasantly surprised by this beer. It has a good hop presence, with the citrus/clove profile of a saison that keep it very light and drinkable. Very refreshing and perfect for the hotter months.

355 ml bottle, from a an archeological excavation in my beer "cellar", as Flying Dog Wildeman Farmhouse IPA. BB date 24.05.2014. From Vinmonopolet. ABV is 7.5%. Deep golden colour, huge white head. Pleasant aroma of ripe and over-ripe fruits and berries, also notes of farmhouse. Flavour slightly on the sweet side, good maltiness, noticeable hops but fairly moderate for an IPA.
