330ml bottle served in a pint glass.
Best before 24.05.2014 stamped in the label.
A: First of all, the usual Flying Dog beautiful bottle art. Magnificent! Pours a dark yellow to orange color. Slightly cloudy reminds honey. Forms abig bubbled aired white head when poured. Medium retention and lots of lingering lacings formed and left in the glass
S: Great in the nose. An authentic sweet grains IPA with hints of spices. Strong notes of sweet pale grains, light caramel malts, crystal malts. Great piny and bit citrus hops profile. A bit fruity with notes of citrus fruits. Bready belgian style yeasts in the very end
T: Great taste. Slightly sweet upfront. Intense hops. Great spiciness. Notes of pine, sweet grains, orange peel, pineapple, pepper, caramel malts, crystal malts, brown sugar. Nice hoppy bitter sting. Great balance
M: Medium body. Bit molasses. Good carbonation. Sweet grains and quite piny aftertaste
O: Great drinkability. Great combination of farmhouse & IPA. A winner

355 ml bottle, from a an archeological excavation in my beer "cellar", as Flying Dog Wildeman Farmhouse IPA. BB date 24.05.2014. From Vinmonopolet. ABV is 7.5%. Deep golden colour, huge white head. Pleasant aroma of ripe and over-ripe fruits and berries, also notes of farmhouse. Flavour slightly on the sweet side, good maltiness, noticeable hops but fairly moderate for an IPA.
