Poured on tap into a pint glass. Pours straw with a tad of red with a small white head. Smells of piney hops with a touch of citrus. Tastes of some malt with sharp piney hops. Beer is light bodied with good carbonation, finishes real nice. Overall a very good beer.

Pours to a golden-tinted copper with a skimming of off-white suds.
It noses of doughy breads, graduating toastier over times, with a floral, piney, and lightly citric hop backing.
Doughy up front in the mouth, toastiness grows and grows from underneath until it becomes the feature. Hops bring lime juice, floral, and a dab of pine, but seem overmatched, as more bitterness could be used to override the lingering sweet-toasty flavors.
Medium bodied, with little carbonation.
It's not entirely bad, but lacks the balance- and thus the sessionability- that I look for in a Pale Ale.

12oz single, Riley's
never heard of this brewery, so glad riley's had single of their main brands
appearance: poured into a standard pint glass, clear copper-amber body with a light beige froth and light lacing
smell: toasted grain, toasted malt, crisp hops
taste: a well done pale - not a hopbomb by any stretch but a nice balance of grassy herbal hops and toasted grain and malt. i had 2 of these and could see drinking this again over the summer
mouthfeel: light and crisp
drinkability: great

Poured a slightly hazed copper with a thin soap ring head, no lacing or retention.
The nose is very faint with a light off bit of hops, almost euro lager like.
Wow the flavor is just bad, very metallic and full of diacytle oilyness. Very bad, I hope this just an off batch.
The mouthfeel is thin and watery.
This is bad, Not sure if I'm going to even be able to finish it, its like a really old oxidized green bottle eurolager.

Pours a hazy amber color with a large head that has excellant retention. Heavy lacing is left on the glass. Has a citrus aroma, mostly orange. A little mustiness from the malt is also noted. The flavor is a bit odd. Mostly citrus, like Sunny-D or some other orange flavored drink. I cannot detect any flavor from the malt. The body is on the thin side but the carbonation is at a decent level. The flavor did not really appeal to me but others may like it more. Could of used a different malt bill to compliment the citrus flavors. I will likely pass on this in the future.
