Slightly cloudy golden color with a fluffy white head that is moderately thick.
Bright hop smell that lends some citrus and pine as well as an earthy tone. A hint of caramel as well.
Has kind of a grainy, wheaty taste to it. There is a real zippy taste that almost presents itself as sour. Not sure if it's the citrus in the hops or the malt. Pretty sweet and tangy. The hops are mostly earthy. Very tough to describe and very different than any pale I've had.
The feel is smooth and creamy and medium bodied.
Drinks nicely and is a little different than most pale ales. Can't really put my finger on it. It's worth a try though. Pretty enjoyable.

I'm trying this at the brewery. It poured a clear golden with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had subtle floral hop notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with slight bitterness through the drink and potpourri presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a decent beer.

A- Dark copper, thin head, great lacing
S- sweet caramel, notes of fruit
T- sweet malt base finished with fruit and pine. A pretty sweet and mild apa
M- a little heavy. Good carbonation.
O- As a college student in La Crosse, naturally Pearl Street would be one of the first micro brewery's I would try. Because of that I've had more than a few of their beers. Pale Ale is at every bar in town and a great fallback if you want a craft beer.
