An oak-aged IPA. At first glance, it appears like a standard IPA, golden-orange with less head than expected, but then I notice some significant floaties suspended. Malty, tastes a bit oxidized, in tandem with some orange citrus and sharp hot bitterness.

Had on tap, the look was amber in color with a small head. The smell was more pine than citrus. The taste was a little tangy up front with a strong malty backbone. I didn't really pick up too much of the oakey taste that I was expecting. Overall this beer was okay, I was hoping for a little more and I don't think I would seek it out.

Pours light golden amber in color with an off white head. Aroma and flavor mirror one another: citrus, pine resin, with a hint of oak. Medium to light bodied. Mild carbonation.

Tasted in a pint glass from draft at Emil's Tavern on May 31, 2018. An oak aged India Pale Ale. A big hoppy beer with prominent notes of citrus and pine.

Taste: tangy, malty, big oak, with spicy and toasted woody notes deep finish. Oak wood and floral hops in the nose. Pale amber hue, mostly clear, delicate refine head of foam and some lace. Medium/full body.

12oz bottle bb 10/2/18 poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass at fridge temp 6.3% ABV 69 IBU. The beer pours bright light golden amber in color with off white head. The head recedes to a thin cap and leaves some legs of lacing.
The aroma is subdued citrus and pine with a hint of oak. The taste is more citrus and pine with a pleasant mild oak and vanilla finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, adequately carbonated and mostly dry in the finish. Overall, very good. I wasn't a fan of the base IPA Wobble, but the brewer did a nice job of integrating the oak into an existing beer (that is very caramel malt forward anyway).
