Poured from growler Deep red Amber in color, with thin lacing and not overly carbonated. Medium on the pallet with earthy toffee malts. Very smooth and easy to drink. Enjoyable!

Has a really bad copper taste and over carbonated. Not a good beer.

Bottle at The Flying Saucer, Memphis, TN

A: The beer is brown when viewed from afar but is clear dark red in color when held up to a bright light. It poured with a thin off white head that left a collar around the edge of the glass. There is a moderate amount of visible carbonation.
S: Light aromas of nutty malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of nutty malts, which are a bit stronger than the aromas in the smell.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is an easy to drink brown ale that isn't that heavy on the palate.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The appearance is a clear brown color with a small white head. The aroma is malt, toffee and yeast. The taste follows the nose.

From the 12 oz bottle in a snifter. This solid nut brown pours a clear
dark brown with red highlights and a nice head of off white foam that subsides
to a thick ring, thin light pool, and shows light soapy lacing. Nose of toasted malts
and a hint of chocolate and light breaded malts. Flavors lightly exceed the nose with
balanced toffee and chocolate notes with a hint of coffee on the rear with light breaded
malt flavors and subtle herbal hops. Nice mouth feel; medium body, medium
carbonation, and a lightly dry subtly sweet finish.

Overall a solid brown ale and one I must give thanks
to a friend from work who brought it in for me---Thanks Randy!

Cheers
