Presented with an average if not slightly darker than macro colored yellow wispy white head
Did not pick up much of a smell from this one just a very faint malt
tastes like an all malt version of your typical macro no real hop presence
Very smooth and light bodied
Very easy to drink and a decent session brew but nothing to write home about

The beer pours a pale gold color with a thick foamy white head that fades to lacing. The aroma is average. It has a grainy, pilsner malt scent with a dry lager yeast aroma. The hops are light at best. The taste is decent. It has a dry toasted flavor that goes down easy and finishes a bit grainy. This beer could use a bit more pale malt to round out the flavor. The mouthfeel is decent. It is a medium bodied beer with adequate carbonation. This is a drinkable beer, but one that I'd steer clear from the next time I'm in town.

Medium gold with a few particles floating about, thin head quickly vanishes.
Weak aroma of creamed corn.
Taste is...not good. Buttery toast mingles with bit'o'honey candy in a thin and quite forgettable body. Slightly sour, vegetal note.
I like the other Ellicottville offerings I've had so far... this one misses the mark.

Not the fastest horse in the Ellicottville stable.
Arrived a light golden in colour with a very tiny crown, and soon to be matching lace and ring.
The carbonation was very light and the nose clean.
The taste is well balanced with no clear winner.
My first impression of this beer was weak, thin, watery.
Not impressive.

Eye Candy: Transparent dark straw, off white fizzy head.
The Nose Knows: Metallic, grassy, bread-like.
Tongueland: This one suprised me. Grassy, earthy, bread-like, witha touch of bittering hops to make it crisp finishh.
Bender Factor: Made for adjunct lager drinkers. A decent brew, not something I would order again based upon the rest of the line up.

I finished up my visit with this one thinking it would be the most bland of the brews I had but I was suprised, pleasntly of course.Pours a deep straw almost golden color with a nice whispy head, aroma was iron-like and bready, flavor was irony and lightly hopped with an awesome crisp as a cracker malty finish.Hey BA buddies when out in western NY go out to Ellicottville for good food and great beer!
