On tap at Carmodys, it looks like a Bud, but tastes fine.

Good "old school" East Coast IPA!!! Poured from a 12 oz can into a pint glass. This beer is mostly clear, dull gold in color with a big foamy white head. Head retention is very good and there are bands of foamy lacing on the glass. Aroma and taste are primarily piney and citrus hops with a good level of bitterness. The bitterness is not over the top, but up front enough to satisfy hopheads. Nothing complex here, just a good, bitter IPA. Someone mentioned that this beer was somewhat lager-like. The mouthfeel is light and crisp like a lager, but hoppy like a good IPA. I enjoyed it very much, a well crafted IPA.

Look - light pale, hazy, and yellow with a light head
Smell - Smells a bit more like a lager to me, not getting a heavy bouquet but some citrus
Taste - Bitter, good citrus, but more pine to me, with a moderate hop
Feel - Medium to light-bodied, back of throat bitterness moderate carbonation
Overall- Not my favorite Troegs option but certainly fits the category of a hoppy bitter offering. Touted as a winter IPA and probably fits that category

A translucent pale gold with a healthy head.
Smell is faint, but pleasant,
Light-bodied, rather dry, crisp feeling.
Tart, a bit earthy. Hop forward, overall bitter flavor profile. but mild warm notes and spiciness to create distinctly spicy winter appropriate brew.

Poured a pale hazy yellow with a one finger white fizzy head. Minimal lacing. Light nose of citrus and pine. Taste follows the nose with the addition of malt and light to moderate hop bitterness. Moderate body and carbonation. Overall, an easy drinking IPA.

-bright yellow bottle pour with a slight haze and 1 cm white foam cap.
The aroma brings pine and a bit of tangerine.
The flavor is pleasant. Pine is most prominent in this lightly flavored IPA. Hop bitterness is light to moderate.
The finish is crisp.

12 oz. bottle from Anthology Winter variety pack into a pint glass, pours a hazy golden color with a decent head and minimal lacing. The aroma is grass, citrus, and pine. Flavor follows the aroma with grapefruit, mild pine, malt backbone and moderate hop bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium with good carbonation and a dry finish. Overall, the aipa is decent, but nothing "winter" or exciting about it.

Pours a chill haze yellow color with small white head that leaves some lace.

Aroma is lightly sweet malts touches of honey? Hops are light citrus hints of pine needles well within the drink by date seems light for an 80 IBU brew.

Taste is more hop forward then the nose light bready malt not as sweet as he nose no honey really. Finish is lingering hop bitterness light and crisp, Light grapefruit rind, one pine needle and some grassy notes.

Mouthfeel is medium with lightly peppy carbonation.

Overall was a gift out of a variety pack, kind of lacking a little as Troegs is usually pretty solid. No where close to my favorite winter IPA long live Celebration Ale.

From a 12 oz. bottle it came. It's next temporary destination was a clear Imperial pint glass. The color, carbonation and head are much like ordinary beers. Light amber, bubbly, but not long in retaining a head are the respectful characteristics. Closer to translucent than opaque, there is no glass lace. The smell is much more one of a good ale than a standard lager. There's very little sweetness to a mostly hoppy aroma. The taste includes a healthy dose of bitter hops, but it's light on the tongue and lacks depth. Not a bad AIPA at all, but neither a great one.

Hazed, pale gold appearance with a large white head and good lacing. Pine hits the nose ahead of the some muted note of citrus. Rocket scientists wouldn't be surprised if I mention the taste is hop dominated, still showcasing the pine. Dry, well carbonated mouthfeel. Enjoying this one and looking forward to the rest of the 6pk.

Clearish bright orange with a sea foamy head on top that sticks around for a good bit. Not super aromatic, but has hints of strong clean pine and an underlying citrus. The flavor follows the nose pretty faithfully. Strong piney flavors without the resin, leaning towards a rich, somewhat catty flavor in the back end. Citrus flavors pack the middle, bringing a full flavored overall experience that is tied up with a pleasantly dry finish for a nice little bow on each sip. It's obviously a hop bomb and while they add a strong bitterness, it's got just enough balance to keep it from going over the edge. This is a very nice winter treat.

Poured from a bottle it has a very light golden color. Slight aroma of pine and citrus, but not overwhelming. Taste is light and hoppy. Very mellow with a decent amount of carbonation. Nice easy drinking IPA, not sure why it is a winter seasonal.

Pours a translucent golden yellow with a quick receding foamy head, Sort of smells like a bag of jolly ranchers, citrus. Taste is initially fruity with a wash of mediocrity.Feels sort of fall flat (almost literally)Not enough carbonation with a weak flavor profile.Almost tea like. This beer is in their winter series? A really so so IPA? Winter ??

pours very light yellow. lots of carbonation. thin pure white head with lasting power.
smell bounces between crisp pine and freshly sliced grapefruit.
super refreshing, more citrus than pine with low bitterness, a little honey on the backend
mouthfeel is mostly light with a bit of stickiness
overall, solid, refreshing. not outstanding, not offensive.
