The metallic is overwhelming and ruins it.

A: slight haze; medium gold in color; 1 finger ivory head that receded to a thin cap; OK lacing;
S: earthy; a little mushroomy with a bit of a floral note behind it;
T: floral for a moment, then oddly metallic all the way through; moderate bitterness on the finish;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; medium dry finish;
O: can't get past the flavor;

I tried this on tap at Tröegs served in a tulip pint glass.
The color is golden amber with lightly hazed look and thick white head which falls to a ring with fine bead and fast rising carbonation visible. The smell is earthy, husky and mostly malt dominant with peppery hop odor and light fruity scent of yeast. The feel is okay, but thin with medium carbonation and resinous texture with moderately light bitterness level and gassy with dry finish and almost no sweetness throughout.
The taste has a bland malt base flavor with light toast and grasssy earthy hop with mild hint of fruity flavor with mineral and dry yeast quality. Overall this is a poor example to me of the session IPA style not awful, but not worth have more than a sample after 1/2 the glass it became a chore to drink -gives the impression of a second runnings beer a homebrewer(like me) could brew.
