Notes:
The dream begins with open top fermentation. At high krausen a foamy, rocky yeast head crests the sides of the fermenter releasing notes of black pepper and spicy clove. Unfiltered and cloudy with yeast, it's slightly tart & downright refreshing.

Unfiltered, this beer has a smooth taste . The flavor was good, though not as full as some wheat beers have. It went down easily, with little bitterness. I like wheat beers and would have another but its not so unusual that I would go out of my way to look for it.

12oz brown bottle with a freshness date.
Yeast was swirled in, cloudy brew now and the lacing is pretty epic. Banana bread ... no, taffy with some breadiness with dusty clove and nutty yeast in the nose. Very very smooth with a crisp refreshing bite, malty with a mellow breadiness. Herbal phenols push against the ripe fruit, clove tries to push the yeast out of the way. Flavors may run up against each other but nothing clashes. The phenols and a mild tartness do pull this beer away from the extreme drinkability this style can garner. Semi-dry finish.
Still able it quaff it back though the amount is hindered for me somewhat.

BOD 3/2/15. Pours a slightly hazy golden. Outstanding head volume, normal lacing and retention.
World class nose of clove, light banana and hints of pepper over a base of wheat and pale malt.
Heavy light body, which is normal for the style, with a very smooth texture. Superbly carbonated with a rich prickly effervescence from the middle on.
The flavor profile is borderline world class due to a slight lack of complexity. While intense and well balanced, it is clove focused and other hefeweizen aspects are rather subdued, such as banana. It begins with clove phenolics and they remain through the finish. The middle brings very slight banana, a nice grainy wheat aspect and only a hint of hops - no real bitterness to speak of. The finish is a slowwwww fade of the clove phenolic.

Beer pours clear but becomes beautifully murky with the addition of the yeast residue (or maybe that's my saliva). Rich head dissipates too quickly. More orange than amber in color. Strong banana aroma, reminiscent of a high school organic chem experiment--esters gone bad. In other words, this is an artificial banana smell. But pleasant nonethless. Other notes are spices, principally clove. Banana and clove dominate on the palate as well. Completely inoffensive, lives up to expectations for a transitional seasonal beer. If Dream Weaver were a boy band, it would be One Direction. So much for the brewer's nod to Gary Wright.

12 oz bottle poured into nonic pint.
A: Bright clear light yellow body, very little head. For being unfiltered the clarity is startling.
S: Banana, clove, coriander.
T: Lots of banana, clove spice, and a light syrupy honey on the end.
M: Light up front with a little fuller as you aproach the end.
O: Fairly straight forward Hefe nothing crazy about it but really nothing bad either just a solid beer.

Served in 18oz. pint glass at Red Lobster in Hbg.PA
A: Beautiful, clouded golden color with nice, fluffy two finger head. Great retention and lacing throughout.
S: Clove spice, citrus, slight banana. A feast of complexity for the nose.
T: Same as smell, very complex. A great representation of the style. Very flavorful.
M: Thin and silky smooth, with a mildly zesty kick. Perfect carbonation.
D: Very sessionable if you like the style. The strong flavor does turn some of to it.
Another great Troegs product. Very flavorful beer with little ABV. Perfect late summer/fall beverage. Nice spice flavor to intro the fall weather.

Poured from 12oz bottle into half-liter Paulaner weizen glass.
Appearance: Pours cloudy gold with a large long-standing white head that leaves very heavy lacing behind.
Smell: Smells of wheat and yeast with heavy banana and a bit of spiciness.
Taste: Yeasty sweetness with a spicy finish and a slight banana aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: Light body with a relatively strong carbonation tingle up front. Finishes crisp and refreshing.
Drinkability: A nice refreshing wheat beer. Not the best out there, but it does what it has to do and is still good overall. The spiciness is definitely unique.

12 ounce bottle poured into a tulip glass.
L---Golden yellow with just the slightest bit of cloudiness to it. Thin white head with no real retention. Decent lacing.
S---Spicy, banana, wheat & yeast.
T---Heavy wheat notes. Spiciness (pepper), some light banana.
F---Not heavily carbonated at all, almost flat.
O---A functional hefeweizen, but there's a lot of better ones out there.

O.k this is a first, but it looks like scrabbled eggs with a globular yellow color with a white-slick looking lava-light lump right in the middle floating around like an island. Unfiltered and very healthy look for awheat beer. Very murky with yeastie bits and a very creamy, thick and solid white head.
The aroma is pretty rightous, fresh assortment of garden fresh herbs, grade A honey in the malt, corriander, oregano, dill, creamy banana's and clover, subtle corriander, fresh mint and horse raddish.
wow, creamy feel!! A crispy wheat dominated amlt with some seriously gentle and smooth vanilla-cream effect, hearty herbs, garden greens, tangy yeast and sweet banana's, great balance of flavor's, bold, yet simple.
This is a full-on flavor wheat beer with a killer smooth and refreshing feel. yum.

Pours a hazy straw color with a giant fluffy white head. A little sour smelling with some citrus and clove. Big wheat scent as well.
Very light in body and super crisp. Lots of banana and bubblegum. A touch of hop, just enough to balance out any sweetness. A slightly nutty finish as well, just slight though.
Very bright and easy drinking, not nearly as heavy as most wheat beers.
Just swirled in the yeast, not a huge taste difference, a touch more clove.
Overall very good for a summer session even though its not seasonal.

Appearance: Cloudy orange with a creamy looking head that receded to a nice cap. Good retention, looks like a wheat beer should.
Aroma: Like a wheat: banana, cloves and wheat. Pretty close to the hefeweizen style, actually.
Taste: This is interesting. Not much on the wheat, but more on the banana and cloves with a hop finish. Creamy
Mouthfeel: Light, goes down well. Starts out without as much body as I expected, but finishes off a little more. Strange, but good
Drinkability: Light and refreshing, creamy mouthfeel, good taste. Why would this be a problem?

A-Clear yellow, not much head , sediment is present but doesn't move around much.
S-Wheat, bananas and clove
T-Spices, wheat, some clove, not much banana and some oranges
M-Light and some carbonation
O-My second day of let down from Troegs. A boring Hefeweizen that did not bring the banana flavors in the taste that it had in the nose.
